The Sweat Box is a group fitness studio where we celebrate everyBODY. We currently offer Spin, Pilates, Zumba, Rockstar Burn, Spin and Strength, Pedal and Pulse, Yoga, and Pound classes. We have 9 fully certified, motivating instructors to lead you through a BAD ASS workout! The energy is contagious and will get your adrenaline going- you will leave feeling on top of the world and SWEATY! We can't wait to work out with you at The Sweat Box!

She is a Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA), Certified Master Pilates Instructor (PMA), Certified Cycle Instructor (Schwinn) and Certified Barre Instructor (Barre Above). She loves to Plie' to the beat and get those muscles shaking & burning. Join Mel on Tuesdays!

Emily loves singing in the car, and rocking out at The Box! Her favorite Pound tracks are anything from the early 2000's! In class you'll hear Good Charlotte, Jimmy Eat World and some Fall out Boy! Emily is a BAD ASS Pound Pro, and Generation Pound Pro. Join Emily and Angela on Mondays and Wednesdays!
